As adults, and especially professionals, we’re expected to write easily and flawlessly. And yet, a good deal of professionals seek my assistance for their anxiety not only about writing company proposals or reports, but about emails and blogs too. The fix: learning a repeatable process—my own fine-tuned methods of brainstorming, freewriting, outlining, drafting, and next-level line editing—will not only significantly decrease writer’s anxiety and block, but will take all professional writing to the next level. Applying this process sets writers at ease, and in turn, creates a clear and confident writing tone. Instead of awkward, stiff language, professionals are suddenly hearing their own distinct voices resonating off the page, which engages readers who are driven to act.
Your experimentation with AI’s writing feature produces vague, often fictitious, and inauthentic marketing content, presentations, and even emails. At this point, you’ve seen its limitations: AI cannot now, or ever, reach into our souls and translate our thoughts onto the page in our truly authentic voices. In fact, every time we publish AI-led content, we are losing human connection with the audience--our authentic voices--and in turn, their business.
Yet, what does leveraging our authentic voice entail? It requires us to convey our stories, our articles, and yes, even our emails from our distinct perspective. Our writing is informed by our experiences, ethnicity, humor, background, choices, and more, as told through story, rhyme, anecdotes, etc.
My approach involves teaching and using the writing process to guide new or experienced writers through AI collaboration, rather than AI as lead writer. The result: output feels human, resonant, and aligned with the writer’s intent.

No. AI writing tools cannot translate a writer's lived experiences, humor, or distinct perspective into an authentic voice. Every time a business publishes AI-led content without human direction, it risks losing the human connection that earns reader trust. A human coach teaches the writing process and the editing judgment needed to use AI as a collaborator rather than a lead writer.
The writing process teaches brainstorming, freewriting, outlining, drafting, and next-level line editing as repeatable steps. Professionals who learn the process report significantly reduced writer's block and anxiety, faster drafting, clearer tone, and writing that sounds like their own distinct voice instead of stiff or generic business language.
AI collaboration training teaches professionals to lead the writing and use AI as a collaborator. Participants learn why AI writing is often vague or inauthentic on its own, how to maintain brand voice across AI-assisted content, how to prompt effectively, and how to apply next-level line editing to AI output. The result is faster, clearer content that still sounds human. See the full AI workshop >
